- Symposia and abstract acceptance notification: July 2020
- Amendments to the abstract are possible if required during September 2020
- Abstract submission for poster presentation opens: 1 October 2020
- Deadline for the submission of abstract for poster presentation:1 March 2021
- Poster acceptance notification: 15 days after submission and no later than 15 March 2021
- Registration opens: 1 March 2021
- Registration for presenters closes: 1 May 2021
- Early bird registration deadline: until 31 May 2021
- Late registration for other participants (non-presenters) closes: Online registration will remain open; payments must be made prior to the start of the conference. Delegates registering after 2021 (date to be defined) will not be included in the list of Delegates.
